Every TPS employee deserves complete safety in their workplace and this extends to our clients and the public.
Following tender award, our starting point for every project is to compile the necessary documentation, plans and procedures to align with our robust HSEQ management system. Our Contract managers and Supervisors are responsible for diligently implementing our HSEQ system on our sites.
Over the past 20 years, we have developed our HSEQ policies and procedures in line with current legislation and our continuous ambition to improve. We have more recently hired a HSEQ advisor to perform regular audits and advise on improvement strategies.
To ensure TPS and our clients have complete confidence in our HSEQ system, we have attained several accreditations over the years which are overseen by professional bodies. Most notably, in 2021 we were awarded our Constructionline Platinum certification, advancing on our previous Gold membership.
