Contract Crushing – Bankfield & Leapers Wood Quarries

Description:

Bankfield & Leapers Wood quarries produce a range of Limestone aggregates for sale across the North West of England.

TPS have worked with Tarmac since 2017, initially on a trial basis at Bankfield Quarry, and are now the only contract crushing service that Tarmac uses for production of all aggregates at Bankfield Quarry, with further services being provided to Leapers Wood Quarry in Carnforth.

Contract works:

TPS own a range of crushers, screeners, loading shovels, excavators and dump trucks, allowing us to provide an efficient service in the production of all products required from Bankfield and Leapers Wood.

TPS are contracted on a long-term basis to produce Type 1 MOT, 6F5, Single sizes ranging from 6mm – 40mm and over sizes.

TPS have established a strong relationship with tarmac and are continually asked to carry out quarry development works on their behalf as well as bulk earthworks operations in various Tarmac quarries.
