Various Bridge Repair compounds

Description:

TPS have worked with Balvac (a subsidiary of Balfour Beatty) to complete the compound set-ups and decommissioning associated with Various Bridge repair projects.

Subcontract works:

TPS have installed compounds for Balvac at Peover, Barton, Uttoxeter and Dorchester – all varying in size and with different TM constraints.

TPS scope of works included the following:

• Site clearance
• Removal / treatment of invasive species
• Topsoil strip
• Earthworks cut / fill
• Supply and install geotextiles
• Supply and install geogrids
• Supply and installation Type 1 MOT
• Disposal of MOT on completion of the works
• Reinstatement of topsoil / grass seeding
